The aim of the reports is to provide an overview of your current holdings and should not be seen as a replacement for the valuation reports you will receive directly from each investment provider. Whilst we endeavour to keep our records as accurate as possible, errors do occur. If you believe our records do not accurately reflect your holding, other than in respect of a small unit difference as explained above, then please advise us so that we can investigate the matter and make any necessary corrections.

The values we provide are often reliant upon the number of units held and the unit price. Whilst we automatically download most current prices on a daily basis, we still rely on each product provider to keep us informed of the number of units held. Providers that do not supply us with a data feed typically inform us of the current unit allocation on an annual or biannual basis. However, if their statements do not match our valuation date, the number of units shown on our valuation may differ from the exact number held.
Small reductions in units between this and the previous portfolio valuation, are typically the function of platform and other charges being deducted.
The information shown in current valuations is based on values as at the end of the previous day and are not updated live.
The information shown in six-monthly reports is based on snapshots taken at the beginning and end of the relevant six month period. Any ongoing transactions, particularly any applications processed within the the week preceeding the end snapshot, may not be fully reflected in the valuation and changes since that snapshot will not appear at all.
Some policies may not show any underlying fund or value. This may be because the policy does not accrue a value, the policy may be invested in an underlying fund which we are unable to track, or the provider will not provide regular updates or information to us.
Withdrawals may not include natural income paid out from investments in your portfolio.
For With-Profits investments the values shown do not include Market Value Reductions or Terminal Bonuses.
